Legal Retainer Benefit
MSO provides complimentary legal consultation as a benefit to you. The intent is to provide advice on common questions involving your Practice, which could be answered by a legal professional. Members are allowed 1 free hour of legal advice per year. Anything over 1 hour will be the sole responsibility of the member. This service is subject to the following conditions:
- The advice will be provided by telephone from the Firm. The advice will cover all areas of law with the exception of tax advice, criminal law advice, and non-business legal advice.
- Specific projects, such as drafting policies, handling an agency matter like discrimination, litigation, or researching a legal issue would not be covered by the retainer service. The Practice would have the option to retain the Firm, or whichever attorney they wish, on their own and at their own expense for non-retainer services.
