The EXPO Hall is open to EXPO only attendees from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. EXPO Only attendees are invited to attend the Awards Reception in the EXPO Hall beginning at 3:00 PM.

To qualify for the Member Rate, please ensure your 2025 AOA/MSO dues account is up to date and has no outstanding invoices.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event date, subject to a 5% processing fee.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this period or for no-shows.
