On January 1, 2021, Governor Charlie Baker signed into law a Telehealth Reform bill which included Massachusetts scope of practice enhancements. These enhancements include treatment of glaucoma and prescription of oral medications in schedules III, IV, V, and VI for eye related diseases. The law becomes active 90 days after signing. The MSO has been communicating with all members through constant contact messaging. We will continue to do so bringing you the latest information possible.
